Who is responsible for your data
The ORK website represents the company whose details and contacts appear below. Please use the listed email address for questions about personal data.
When you send an enquiry
Your name and primary phone number are required. If you select email, Viber or WhatsApp, the address or number for that channel is stored. Information you provide about your project, the selected service and consent to process the enquiry is also stored. Do not include passwords, payment details or other information that is unnecessary for discussing your project.
Why we need this information
Enquiry details are used to contact you, clarify your project and prepare a proposal. The enquiry is saved in the ORK administration system. When notifications are enabled, its details are sent to the agency through Telegram. Your contact preference determines how we reply and does not subscribe you to advertising messages.
Cookies and visit measurement
Essential cookies support sessions, form protection and saving your choice. Analytics and marketing categories are disabled until you consent. You can allow them separately or decline them. Consented measurement may use information about visits, actions on the site and referral sources. Declining does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
External services
Opening Viber, WhatsApp, a social network or an email application takes you to a separate service with its own rules. Telegram is used to notify the agency about enquiries. If advertising or analytics integrations are enabled, sharing data with them depends on your cookie choice. These services may process data outside Moldova.
Retention and your requests
How long an enquiry is kept depends on its handling, any subsequent collaboration and applicable document requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Email us using the address below and identify the enquiry concerned. Your cookie choice
Acceptance and refusal are saved for the same period. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Settings apply to the current browser; clearing its data or changing devices may require a new choice.
